Middle & Secondary
The middle school education helps students build on the fundamentals taught in elementary school and prepare for the more difficult curriculum they will face in high school. Strategies to help students on how to learn as well as how to use and handle knowledge and information are an important part of skill development. Student centred classrooms and proactive learning are of high priority in middle school.
At this stage, the emphasis is on investigation and conceptualization as the children begin the first phase of preparation for the board exams. The focus here is to sharpen analytical skills, literary skills and shape their personalities by inculcating 21st Century skills given as per CBSE Handbook.
