Academic Session 2023-24

The Academic Session 2023-24 is scheduled to start in March, 2023. For the information to new parents as well for the existing parents, the fee policy is being reiterated below:

Fee Policy

Fee can be paid through demand draft, cheque (current dated) or online at the designated bank. Fees can be paid either quarterly or annually. Fee has to be paid as per the schedule given below:-

Q2 - July-September 1st July 10th of July
Q3 - October-December 1st October 10th of October
Q4 - January-March 1st January 10th of January
  • a) In case payment is not made by the dates, above mentioned, late fee charges will be applicable.
  • b) In case of late payment of fee, late charges Rs 200/- will be applicable for due date month as per the schedule given above. Thereafter, if dues are not cleared in the payment month, a fine of Rs. 50/- per day of delay shall have to be paid.
    In case of continued default in fee payment, name of the child is liable to be struck off from the School Record. Re-admission will be granted after paying the fees dues along with re-admission fee of Rs. 10,000/-.
  • c) In case of cheque payment, only current dated cheque will be accepted. Outstation or post-dated cheques will not be accepted
  • d) If a cheque is not honored on presentation, a charge of Rs. 500/- will be applied as cheque dishonor charges.
  • e) For online transfers, parents need to submit the transfer receipt to the school office.
  • f) Part payments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • g) Only parents or guardians are allowed to pay the fee. Students will not be allowed to make payments.
  • h) In case of withdrawal of the student during the academic year, the annual fee and transport charges will not be refunded. The fee for that month will have to be paid in full.
  • i) Transport charges are payable for the entire session, in case the transport facility is opted by the parent. No requests of discontinuing the transport facility shall be entertained in between the session.
  • j) Charges for trip, excursions, outings, etc. shall be applicable as and when organized.
  • k) A fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged for duplicate leaving certificate in case the original is misplaced by the parent. For all the applications for withdrawal of admission received after 31st of March, only Post Dated Cheques (PDC’s) for the balance quarters will be returned.
  • l) Admission fee, Registration fee and Annual term fee are non-refundable, in case of cancellation of admission.

Parents withdrawing their children during the course of a school term will forfeit their fees for that term. Parents who want to withdraw the child during the course of an academic year must inform the Principal in writing at least 30 days in advance, failing which the School reserves the right to charge fine or penalty as fixed by the Management from time to time. Transfer Certificate will be issued only if the entire dues are cleared and “No Dues” slip is obtained from the Accounts department

If a student is absent for 20 days without being sanctioned leave, his/her name will be deleted from the rolls of the School without further notice.



All disputes are to be settled in the legal jurisdiction of Bhopal.
