Professional Development is inherent to the Iconic culture. Educators need to be aware of teaching methodology and a session on this was taken by Dr. Mahalakshmi Pandit. The Educators at The Iconic School deliberated on effective teaching techniques. Dr. Pandit threw light on various pre-reading techniques which can be used in class-room for early learners, where a child is phonetically equipped and elaborated on how teacher’s motivational approach is beneficial for the students.
