Fee Policy

No child will be considered for admission unless he/she has registered in advance for the entrance test & interviews.

  • The fee can be paid in demand draft, cheque (current date) or online at the designated bank.
  • Fees can be paid either quarterly or annually.
  • The fees has to be paid as per the following schedule.

    Quarter Schedule With Due Dates
    April - June : 10th of April July - September : 10th of July October - December : 10th of October January - March : 10th of January
    Annual Payment With Due Dates
    Annual Payment April - March : 10th of April
  • In case of late payment of fee, late charges will be applicable as below :

    Late Fee Payment
    Payment Date : 11th- 31st of the payment month Late Fee : Rs. 200
    After the 31st of the payment month, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will be granted after paying the fees dues along with re-admission fee of Rs 1000. Late fee, along with late fee charges, is to be paid only in cash at the school office.
  • In case of cheque payment, only current dated cheque will be accepted. Outstation or post dated cheques will not be accepted.
  • If a cheque is not honoured on presentation, a charge of Rs. 200 will be applied as cheque dishonour charges. The fees, along with the charges, will have to be deposited at the school in cash only.
  • Fees need to be paid using the fee booklet. No payment, whether cash or cheque, will be accepted without the fee booklet.
  • For online transfers, parents need to submit the transfer receipt to the school office.
  • Part payments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • If the fee booklet is lost, a duplicate booklet can be re-issued from the office on payment of Rs 100.
  • Parents need to preserve the fee booklet as no other receipt will be issued for tax purpose.
  • Only parents or guardians are allowed to pay the fee. Students will not be allowed to make payments.
  • In case of withdrawal of the student during the academic year, the annual fee and transport charges will not be refunded. The fee for that month will have to be paid in full.
  • Charges for trip, excursions, outings, etc. will be payable as and when organized.


Parents withdrawing their children during the course of a school term will forfeit their fees for that term. Parents who want to withdraw the child during the course of an academic year must inform the Principal in writing at least 30 days in advance, failing which the School reserves the right to charge fine or penalty as fixed by the Management from time to time. Transfer Certificate will be issued only if the entire dues are cleared and “No Dues” slip is obtained from the Accounts department

If a student is absent for 20 days without being sanctioned leave, his/her name will be deleted from the rolls of the School without further notice.



All disputes are to be settled in the legal jurisdiction of Bhopal.
