SUBJECT: EMERGENCY SUPPORT CARE

As per the guidelines of Education Ministry for reopening of school during COVID,

the emergency support care team is constituted in the school to provide support on

medical grounds during emergency:

During emergency,

1. The first person to be contacted is Ms Manjusha/Ms Bhawna Avasthi for basic first aid.

2. Ms Bhawna Avasthi is the in-charge of school infirmary and is responsible to maintain

infirmary students’ visit record. Inform the Principal about the students’ visits.

3. In case of need, a phone call to be made the respective parent by Ms Niharika Malviya only

after consultation with the Principal.

4. Ms Niharika to immediately provide transport and inform the hospital tied up

with the school in case needed.

5. School Nurse must always accompany the child while travelling to the hospital or

to the home in case of emergency.

6. School infirmary and isolation room must be ready at all times.

7. Students should be restricted to go to the isolation room.

8. PPE Kit, basic first aid, wheel chair etc must always be ready.

9. Helpdesk to forward ML cases to Ms Bhawna Avasthi.
